- TriviaDavid Krumholtz played a psychotic young man in an episode of ER in which he attacked people because he thought that someone wanted to take his internal organs. In this episode, Larry recounts a recurring dream of someone wanting to take his internal organs, and at the end, Charlie is reluctant to sign a donor card because he wants to "hang on to his internal organs." Lots of "internal organs" references.
- GoofsThe fleeing ambulance plows into the side of a taxi cab and is launched into the air where flips end over end defying all the laws of Physics. In reality the ambulance would T-bone the cab and might roll over but it would not fly over the cab unless the stunt coordinator had a ramp in place to launch it, a common tactic used to make accidents more spectacular.

Organ Crime
I guess one could say this was a commercial for organ donation. The case is a group that bring people from other countries to harvest their organs. Of course, thee is little thought given to proper surgical techniques. A young woman is found in a basement. She is one of four potential victims, including her sister. The gang needs to find where these butchers are doing their business.
